The study aimed to identify the effectiveness of cognitive play in developing self-confidence mentally handicapped who are able learn, and verify program, sample consisted (20) children with intellectual disabilities learn inIntellectual Education. was divided into two groups.The experimental group(10)children, control group (10) children, their ages ranged between (9-12), IQs (50-70), researcher used quasi-experimental approach applied following tools sample: Stanford Binet Scale (5thimage), citation preparation. scale, andthe existing training program.On current research, numbers, results revealed.There statistically significant differences average scores post-measurement on scale self-confidence.There mean favor .Predicting program based learnduring COVID-19 pandemic.
